We are committed to reducing food waste and contributing to a more sustainable future. That’s why we have made it our mission to achieve zero food waste in all of our operations.
We believe that every piece of food has value, and we strive to use every ingredient to its full potential. To do this, we carefully plan and prepare our menus, track and monitor food waste, and implement strategies such as composting and donating excess food to local charities.
By working towards zero food waste, we hope to not only minimize our environmental impact, but also to reduce costs and increase efficiency in our operations. We are dedicated to continuously improving our practices and finding new ways to reduce food waste, and we invite our customers and partners to join us in this important effort.
To achieve this goal, we will implement the following strategies:
Carefully plan and prepare menus to minimise excess food
Track and monitor food waste to identify areas for improvement
Implement best practices for storage and handling of food to reduce spoilage
Donate excess food to local charities and food banks whenever possible
Compost food waste to reduce our environmental impact
We understand that achieving zero food waste may not always be possible, but we are committed to continuously improving our practices and finding new ways to reduce food waste. We encourage our employees and partners to join us in this important effort and to be mindful of food waste in their own operations. By working towards zero food waste, we hope to not only minimise our environmental impact, but also to reduce costs and increase efficiency in our operations.
We are fully committed to reducing our environmental impact and operating more efficiently. That’s why we are working towards becoming a paperless organisation.
By transitioning to digital document management and communication, we aim to reduce our reliance on paper and improve our sustainability. This will not only benefit the environment, but also save time and money, and streamline our operations.
We understand that going paperless requires a cultural shift and may require some adjustment, but we are committed to supporting our employees and providing the necessary resources to make the transition as smooth as possible. We believe that by embracing technology and innovation, we can create a more efficient and sustainable future for our company.
To achieve this goal, we have implemented the following strategies:
As we face large expansion there comes with the trouble of space and location.
We take great pride in building our weddings and events preparation kitchens from recycled storage& shipping containers, refurbishing them to meet food safe standards, along with meeting working conditions for our employees.
we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. That’s why we have made the decision to switch to electric vehicles in our catering company by 2026.
We understand that transportation is a significant contributor to carbon emissions, and we believe that by transitioning to electric vehicles, we can significantly reduce our carbon footprint. We are committed to investing in the infrastructure and technology necessary to make this transition, and we believe that the long-term benefits will be worth the investment.
We understand that switching to electric vehicles may require some adjustment and may not be possible for all of our operations immediately, but we are committed to working towards this goal and finding ways to minimise our reliance on fossil fuels. By embracing innovation and sustainability, we hope to create a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly catering company.
We believe that using local and seasonal food produce is not only delicious, but also important for the environment and the local economy. That’s why we are committed to sourcing as much of our produce as possible from local and seasonal sources.
By using locally-grown and in-season ingredients, we can reduce our carbon footprint and support local farmers and businesses. In addition, local and seasonal produce is often fresher and more flavorful, which means that it requires less processing and preservation.
We understand that local and seasonal produce may not always be available, and we may need to supplement with imported ingredients from time to time. However, we are committed to making local and seasonal produce a priority whenever possible, and we believe that the benefits are worth the effort.
By embracing local and seasonal food, we hope to not only create delicious and sustainable meals, but also to make a positive impact on the communities in which we operate.
