OUR JOURNEY
What started in 2020 as a one-man mission, with our founder Josh Currall selling grocery boxes from The Pavilion in Caldicot while living on-site, has grown into one of the South West’s most exciting catering brands. From those early days, we quickly expanded—transforming The Pavilion into a thriving catering hub, mastering showground catering, and taking on weddings, corporate events, and high-profile partnerships. We’ve also secured residencies in some of the most luxurious venues across South Wales, bringing our bold, flavour-driven food to exclusive weddings and events.
By 2025, we’re proud to be feeding film crews for the BBC, serving luxury brands like Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Bentley, and keeping crowds happy at Devauden Festival, Tramshed, and major corporate events. It’s been a wild ride, but one thing has never changed—our commitment to bold flavours, quality ingredients, and unforgettable food experiences.

Sustainability
Sustainability isn’t an afterthought for us—it’s at the heart of everything we do. From the way we source our ingredients to how we deliver our food, we’re always looking for ways to reduce waste, cut emissions, and operate more responsibly. Our kitchens run on a zero-waste philosophy, using every part of the ingredient—nose-to-tail, root-to-stem—to create dishes that are both innovative and sustainable. We champion local and seasonal produce, working closely with British farmers and producers to reduce food miles while keeping our menus fresh and full of flavour.
Beyond the plate, we’ve committed to a paperless operation, ditching unnecessary printouts and admin waste in favour of digital menus, invoices, and ordering systems. Our packaging? Reusable, compostable, or nothing at all. And when it comes to deliveries, we’re not just making small changes—we’re making big commitments. Our fleet is already shifting to electric vehicles, with the goal of going fully electric by 2027, ensuring cleaner air, a smaller footprint, and guilt-free deliveries.
Whether we’re catering for festivals, weddings, corporate events, or film sets, we believe that exceptional food and sustainability should always go hand in hand—because great catering shouldn’t cost the earth.
