OUR JOURNEY
What began in 2020 as a one-man mission has grown into one of the South West’s most exciting and fast-evolving catering brands. Our founder, Josh Currall, started by selling grocery boxes from The Pavilion in Caldicot — living on-site and building something from the ground up with passion, resilience, and an uncompromising focus on quality.
From those early days, the journey gathered pace quickly. The Pavilion transformed into a thriving catering hub, and we expanded into showground catering, weddings, corporate events, and standout brand partnerships. Along the way, we’ve secured residencies in some of South Wales’ most luxurious venues, bringing our bold, flavour-driven food to exclusive celebrations and unforgettable events.
Today, we’re proud to be working at scale without losing what made us special. From feeding film crews for the BBC to partnering with iconic luxury brands such as Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Bentley, and serving thousands at Devauden Festival and Love Trails Festival, Tramshed, and major corporate events - as well as being part of countless beautiful weddings across the South West — our reach has grown, but our ethos remains the same.
It’s been a remarkable journey so far, and we’re only just getting started. At the heart of everything we do is a simple commitment: bold flavours, exceptional ingredients, and creating food experiences people remember long after the last plate is cleared.

Sustainability
Sustainability isn’t an afterthought for us—it’s at the heart of everything we do. From how we source our ingredients to how we deliver and serve our food, we’re constantly finding ways to reduce waste, lower emissions, and operate more responsibly.
Our kitchens and offices are fully aligned with a paperless approach, eliminating unnecessary printouts and admin waste in favour of streamlined digital systems—from menus and ordering platforms to invoicing, planning, and internal communications. This helps us work more efficiently while significantly reducing our environmental impact.
In the kitchen, we follow a zero-waste philosophy, using ingredients in their entirety—nose-to-tail and root-to-stem—to create dishes that are both inventive and sustainable. We place a strong emphasis on high-quality Welsh produce wherever possible, championing exceptional local meats alongside seasonal fruit, vegetables, and dairy. By working closely with Welsh farmers and trusted British suppliers, we reduce food miles while ensuring the highest standards of flavour, provenance, and welfare.
Beyond the plate, we’re continually improving how we operate and deliver our services, with a focus on reducing emissions and improving efficiency across every aspect of the business. Our packaging is either reusable, compostable, or eliminated wherever possible.
Looking ahead, we are committed to transitioning to lower-emission delivery solutions, with the goal of fully implementing electric vehicles by 2028, supporting cleaner air, reduced environmental impact, and more sustainable service across every event we cater for.
Whether it’s a festival, wedding, corporate event, or film set, we believe exceptional food and sustainability should go hand in hand—because great catering shouldn’t cost the earth.
